Job Description
The onboarding specialist will be responsible for the client onboarding experience, ensuring that clients have a memorable start to their journey with reliance health, and will manage the sales administration role. They will play a key role in overall customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients are equipped with all that is required to take full advantage of their health benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance to defined processes.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the client onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement enhancements and optimize efficiency.
- Manage a team the sales administration function/team, required for offline onboarding
Qualification
- Must be based in Lagos
- B.Sc./HND degree
- Minimum of one year experience in Corporate Retention or a similar role.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
