Job Description
As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes according to recipes and standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, ordering ingredients and supplies, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and service. This is a hybrid role located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety regulations
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
