Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Law Firm Practice Manager located in Lagos State, Nigeria. This is a senior role responsible for overseeing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the law firm and its several departments, including coordinating with lawyers and support staff, implementing office policies and procedures, HR, and assisting with business development activities. Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of law firm operations and procedures.
- Experience in managing administrative tasks.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- A degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Experience in the legal or other professional services industry is preferred.
