HRLeverage Africa – Our client, a Financial Technology company, whose mission is to provide easy access to gadgets & electronics, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description

  • As a Calling Officer, you stand as the first point of contact for any customer who has a question or an issue with the service rendered. Your responsibilities also include calling customers to inform them of the due dates of their loans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Contact customers and inform them of their overdue loans. Job
  • Inform customers of overdue accounts and amount currently owed

Qualification

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Presently serving as a Corp Member

Location:  Lagos
