Responsibilities
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Visa Processing Officer in Lagos, Nigeria.
- The Visa Processing Officer will review and assess visa applications and ensure compliance with visa requirements and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa files and documents.
- Oversee the completion of all relevant Visa and Immigration documents and ensure they are received within the time limit set by the government.
- The Visa Processing Officer will also communicate with clients to provide visa-related information and resolve any issues or concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- Prior experience in visa processing or immigration services is preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently and the local languages
- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Familiarity with visa regulations and processes in Canada, the USA, the UK and Australia
