We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Administrator/Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional expertise to optimize the use of these software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze our requirements and provide recommendations for system improvements and enhancements
- Design and develop technical & functional solutions, customizations, and integrations by our specifications
- Conduct system testing, and training and provide ongoing support to end users
- Collaborate with all units users and managers, and other consultants to ensure successful delivery
- Provide expertise on business processes and best practices related to Business Central and D365 F&O
- Keep up-to-date with new product features and functionality, and assess their potential impact on our systems
- Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to stakeholders as appropriate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Business Central and/or D365 F&O implementation and configuration
- Strong knowledge of programming languages
- Experience with software integrations, migrations and upgrades
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
