Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role forthe above. The candidate will handle reservations, ticketing, and customer service inquiries. Day-to-day tasks will include assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel services, providing information about travel itineraries, resolving booking issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Reservations Ticketing Agent will work closely with the travel team to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in reservations and ticketing
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
- Sales skills to promote travel services
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and ticketing software
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in hospitality or related field preferred
- Must have basic ticketing and reservation skills in Amadeus.
