Overview
Bulk Price Store is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Business Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle order processing, financial reconciliations, customer relations, and various administrative tasks. If you are organized, proactive, and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Process orders, invoices, and payments. Job
- Maintain accurate and accessible records.
- Perform monthly financial reconciliations and generate reports.
- Manage supplier and customer databases and other confidential documents.
- Take stock of inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market surveys and gather customer feedback.
- Develop and implement company policies.
- Assist with recruitment, training, and employee evaluations.
- Improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers via designated channels.
- Update products on the website
- Market products and services through online and traditional channels.
- Coordinate logistics and manage the movement of company vehicles.
- Undertake other duties as required.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Business Operations Officer or similar role.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Ms Office and Google suite. Especialy Google sheet and Docs.
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree
