Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with at least 6 years of experience in web and software development, specifically in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies, a passion for building high-quality, scalable financial applications, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain fintech applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Job
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new financial features.
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and best practices.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and fintech technologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development, with at least 3 years in the fintech industry.
- Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
Skill
- Experience with fintech-related technologies and platforms.
- Understanding of payment gateways, digital wallets, and financial security protocols.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
