ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Job Summary:

You must be extremely motivated and conscientious to join our team as a Remote Administrative Assistant. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and clients. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Handle confidential information in a professional manner
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualification

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
