Role Description
This is a full-time Information Technology Specialist role at Elegant Magdala Global. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. The role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing user support, and implementing IT projects. Some remote work is permitted.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software
- Experience in network administration and security
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus
