ORDER DELIVERY ASSISTANT

Checking Source & Target documents in multiple languages to ensure they are error-free.

Overview

We pleased to announce that we are representing a professional translation service company located in London, United Kingdom in sourcing 2 x Languages Admin Managers .

Our Client provide a range of translation services to individuals, and small and large businesses globally, with our customers spread across the UK, Europe & North America and speaking English, Spanish, French & German.

There are a fully remote company dedicated to offering quality translation services at affordable prices and fast turnaround. To achieve this, we’re looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our fast-growing team to help deliver great customer service and project support to the thousands of individuals and businesses that use our services.

Salary: N250k – N350k monthly (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

We are recruiting a customer support assistant to help deliver customer orders accurately, profitably, and on

time. The following are key activities that you will undertake as part of the role:

  • Processing documents received from translators and certifying them, using Microsoft Word and Acrobat PDF.
  • Checking Source & Target documents in multiple languages to ensure they are error-free.
  • Making changes to translated documents in line with customer feedback.
  • Conducting DTP (desktop publishing) changes on Documents to correct Layout and Formatting.

Qualification

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • Experience working in an Administrative or Document Processing role.
  • Experience delivering service to customers or vendors remotely.
  • Experience in a Customer Support or Project Delivery role.
  • Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge or experience working within the Language Services industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work remotely, and on the shift agreed. Shifts are either from 8 am – 4 pm (GMT) or 4 pm – 12 am (GMT).
  • Remote working set up, including access to a Laptop & Fast Broadband Connection
