For more than 15 years, the Group has been supporting its clients, telecom operators and merchants, in the deployment, integration and optimisation of mobile payment solutions.
Through regular organic growth and external acquisitions, Digital Virgo has built a global network based on a local presence in over 30 countries. The group has always based its success on its expertise in the telecoms environment and its ability to anticipate developments in the digital industry.
Its expertise is currently deployed in more than 40 countries by more than 860 people, for a 2022 turnover of 430 million €. Its scope of action is international, its know-how is supported by local teams, at the heart of the concerns, practices and culture of the operated countries.
The Group obtained in 2020 the status of payment institution in Europe, in addition to the existing certifications and awards, Top 03 of French FinTech companies by the FrenchWeb ranking, Best Aggregator 2020, or the first prize of the Meffys Awards which reward innovation and creativity in the mobile ecosystem.
Today we are looking for our Head of Account Management and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with our partners operators, media, content providers,
- Responsible of the performance of the services
- Continuous benchmark of the market
- Local content offer development by following the product strategy.
- Continuous optimization of customer journey while respecting the constraints of profitability, ergonomics, accessibility and regulations.
- Sales animation in collaboration with the acquisition and Marketing of the offer teams to design the best devices: Landing pages, advertising creations.
- Project management in collaboration with partner/customer teams: organization, planning and follow-up of product launches.
- Preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly report.
- Sales follow-up with MNOs and escalation of any problems
- Management of implementation schedules
- Knowledge of operators’ technical platforms is an advantage.
- Telecom billing know-how.
- Lobby operators (with the support of country managers) to ensure continuous optimization of Digital Virgo’s terms and conditions.
- Monitoring project deployment with the help of DV support teams for product/service launches.
Qualification
- You are dynamic, entrepreneurial and have a good sense of relationships,
- You have a strong taste for challenges, able to manage several projects simultaneously and achieve these objectives while taking into account time constraints,
- You are organized, attentive to details, analytical and creative, able to work in a team and individually,
- You have good written and oral communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- You have a particular interest in the world of mobile telephony and digital as well as an international experience,
- You have a successful experience of at least three years in a similar position.
