Nollywood actress Biodun Okeowo, popularly known as Omoborty, is celebrating a joyous milestone as she holds her wedding introduction and engagement.
The actress, who announced her engagement in March, took to Instagram to share her excitement and gratitude.
In an emotional video, Biodun announced that she is officially off the market and ready to begin a new chapter in her life with her husband. She expressed her joy and urged fans and followers to wish them a happy married life.
Officially off the market! We’re excited to begin this new chapter on Christ, the solid rock. Amen. Feel free to wish us a happy married life! My mother continues to rest in the bosom of the Lord. I feel your presence with me,” she wrote.
Biodun also took a moment to remember her late mother, expressing that she felt her presence during this special occasion. She shared that her mother’s prayers, love, and guidance will always be with her as she steps into this new chapter.
The actress has been sharing glimpses of her wedding preparations on social media. Earlier this week, she released stunning pre-wedding photos of herself and her fiancé in traditional outfits, receiving praise and congratulatory messages from her colleagues and fans.
In another post, Biodun presented her husband to the world, declaring,
Ladies and gentlemen, I officially present to you Mr. and Mrs. Olabiyi. I married not just my partner but my best friend, prayer partner, and soulmate. Every step we’ve taken has led us to this moment, and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life loving you.”
Despite the joy of her wedding, Biodun expressed sadness over her mother’s absence, wishing she was alive to share in these precious moments. She assured that her mother’s spirit and blessings remain with her as she embraces this new journey.
