Responsibilities
- Attend to customers/Dealers enquires on spare part matters
- Liaising with product lines on matters relating to spare parts
- Provide Clear and Accurate information on spare parts to customers
- Secure and sort out warranty parts and tag them properly.
- Account for all spare part for all product line.
- Liaise with product line managers on spare part the needs restocking
- Collaborate with the warehouse, After sales and Sales department at all times
