Vanessa Okoye, the daughter of talent manager Paulo Okoye, has finally addressed the pregnancy rumours circulating online.
The stepdaughter of actress Iyabo Ojo sparked pregnancy speculations after sharing a video in which she wore a white cropped dress, seemingly revealing a baby bump. Many assumed she was expecting her first child and flooded her comment section with congratulations.
One fan, Sussan Harry, commented, “She looks so pregnant.”
In response, Vanessa sarcastically questioned, “Na you impregnate me?”
Meanwhile, Vanessa’s stepmother, Iyabo Ojo, has expressed eagerness for her children to get married and give her a grandchild. Last year, on her son Festus’s birthday, Iyabo inquired about his love life, asking when she would meet his girlfriend. She also praised him for being the best son any mother could wish for.
In March, Iyabo revealed her hope for her daughter, Priscilla, to marry young and have children, following in her footsteps. Though Priscilla often avoids questions about marriage, Iyabo respects her daughter’s pace and preferences.
Priscilla is currently dating Tanzanian singer Jux, who has received Iyabo’s approval. The couple became the talk of the internet after being spotted getting cozy at a club. Jux shared romantic photos of them on Instagram, and Priscilla declared her love for him, promising their relationship would last forever. She recently made their relationship Instagram official with a series of loved-up photos, which Iyabo enthusiastically endorsed, hinting at a potential wedding.
In other news, Vanessa recently lashed out at social media activist Very Dark Man for disrespecting her father after he defended Iyabo Ojo from criticism. Vanessa emphasized that those who disrespect her father mistake their silence for ignorance. She stated that their focus is on building a legacy of integrity and excellence, rather than addressing petty remarks from those lacking vision and respect.
