Job Summary
Cross Border is an e-commerce company specializing in B2C and B2B operations for enterprises with large customer bases. The Country Manager will be responsible for developing and operating the business’s full P&L in Nigeria, driving the company’s growth, and ensuring seamless integration of e-commerce operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of the Nigerian market and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. NIGERIA B2B2X COUNTRY MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Oversee the full P&L of the Cross Border Nigeria business.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce operations, including sourcing and logistics.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of approximately 20 people.
- Foster strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Drive customer acquisition and loyalty through effective marketing strategies.
- Identify and act on opportunities for growth within the Nigerian market.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in e-commerce marketing or e-commerce logistics, particularly within the Nigerian market.
- Proven track record in developing and operating business units.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead a successful team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Working Conditions:
- Fixed salary plus performance-based bonus.

- Frequent travel within Nigeria and occasionally to other African countries as required.
