Job Summary

Cross Border is an e-commerce company specializing in B2C and B2B operations for enterprises with large customer bases. The Country Manager will be responsible for developing and operating the business’s full P&L in Nigeria, driving the company’s growth, and ensuring seamless integration of e-commerce operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong understanding of the Nigerian market and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams. NIGERIA B2B2X COUNTRY MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the full P&L of the Cross Border Nigeria business.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce operations, including sourcing and logistics.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of approximately 20 people.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Drive customer acquisition and loyalty through effective marketing strategies.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for growth within the Nigerian market.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in e-commerce marketing or e-commerce logistics, particularly within the Nigerian market.
  • Proven track record in developing and operating business units.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a successful team.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Working Conditions:

  • Fixed salary plus performance-based bonus.

  • Frequent travel within Nigeria and occasionally to other African countries as required.
