- We are seeking a team of enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Officers to join our growing sales department.
- As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other Sales Officers and departments (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure a unified approach to achieving sales goals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to effectively present and sell to potential customers.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Report on sales performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate sales agreements and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Customer Support: Ensure seamless post-sales processes by coordinating with the support and delivery teams to meet customer expectations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and the latest sales techniques to continuously improve performance.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and industry-specific knowledge is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in [specific languages] if required for the role.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 Monthly.
