Job Description
- The Product Analyst for MSME Instant Loan will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and managing loan products tailored for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
- This role involves conducting market research, analyzing product performance, understanding customer needs, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product’s success.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret product performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct research to understand market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Track key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate product success.
- Prepare and present reports on product performance to stakeholders.
- Work closely with product managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to support product development and improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Analyze user experience and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Recommend changes to enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
- Identify and address issues related to product performance, customer satisfaction, and market positioning. Develop solutions and implement corrective actions as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
- 4-7 years of experience in product analysis, product management, or business analysis within the banking sector, specifically in MSME lending or related financial products.
- Experience with financial modeling, credit risk assessment, and product lifecycle management in a banking context.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
