About the job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a 2024 Batch B Stream 2 Corp member or a serving Corp member with at least 8 months remaining in their service year. This role is crucial in supporting our operations team and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
Salary Range:- #50,000
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
– Assist in analyzing operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
– Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Suite to communicate findings effectively.
- Operational Support:
– Provide support in managing and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
– Assist with organizing and executing values operational tasks, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Communication and Coordination:
– Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
– Address and resolve any operational issues or queries in a timely and professional manner.
Qualification
- Background in statistics analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proximity to Victoria Island is essential.
