Nollywood actor and filmmaker Deyemi Okanlawon recently introduced himself with confidence and flair on social media.
Sharing stunning photos of himself dressed in an all-white ensemble for the premiere of veteran actress Omoni Oboli’s Wives on Strike 3, Deyemi exuded royalty and elegance. In the photos, the actor was seen alongside popular comedian Ayodeji Richard Makun, better known as AY Comedian.
Taking to Instagram, Deyemi introduced himself as a king, stating that the crown fits him because of his uniqueness. His caption read, “My name is Adeyemi Okanlawon – ‘The Crown Fits Me because I Am Unique.’ In case you don’t already know!”

Last year, Deyemi and Damilola celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in a grand fashion. The couple traveled to Paris, France, where they renewed their vows, marking the special milestone in their relationship. In a touching moment, the award-winning actor got down on one knee and re-proposed to his wife, delivering a heartfelt speech filled with love and appreciation.
On Valentine’s Day last year, Deyemi shared a glimpse of the meaningful foundation of their marriage. He revealed that before tying the knot, he and Damilola asked themselves one crucial question: “Why do we love each other?” Reflecting on their journey, Deyemi believes their answers now seem like a fairy tale.
