Nollywood actress and entrepreneur Uche Ogbodo continues to fight for justice following a devastating robbery at her boutique, Body Gang Society.
Taking to her Instagram page, Uche revealed that she spent an entire day at the police station, determined to either recover her stolen goods, worth millions of naira, or receive compensation.
In a heartfelt post, Uche expressed her deep anguish and stress, stating she had been in tears for three days, crying out to God to intervene. The emotional toll has caused her blood pressure to spike dangerously, prompting her to seek medical attention. Despite her distress, the actress remains resolute, vowing not to give up until justice is served.
Being at the police station all day fighting and praying I get justice for the wrong done to me! You can’t rob @bodygangsocietyy and run away with my goods worth millions of naira… I want my goods or money! And I’m not backing down!” Uche wrote, sharing her frustrations and heartbreak.
Earlier in the week, Uche Ogbodo revealed the shocking details of the robbery, which inflicted a loss of nearly fifty million naira on her business. In an emotional Instagram Live session, she accused the security company in charge of her store of conspiring with local police to release two suspects. According to Uche, the security team even fabricated claims that her store’s plaster of Paris (POP) ceiling had collapsed, rather than admitting the burglary.
Adding to her distress, Uche disclosed that she has faced online harassment from toxic fans of May Edochie, who mocked her misfortune, labeling it as karma for supporting actress Judy Austin. Uche explained that she had to block May Edochie on social media to stop the attacks from fans, who were relentless in their insults. Yet, she defiantly declared that no fan base could surpass the harshness of Wizkid’s FC, urging the trolls to move on from her videos.
The situation continues to unfold as Uche Ogbodo appeals for support and prays for a resolution, hoping that her battle for justice will come to a favorable end.
