Big Brother Naija Lockdown alumna Nengi Rebecca Hampson has melted hearts online with a touching throwback video showcasing her baby bump.
Taking to her Snapchat, Nengi shared a clip of herself dressed in a bra and pants, flaunting her growing belly during pregnancy. The reality star welcomed her first child, a baby girl, earlier this year.

Earlier this month, Nengi surprised her fans by announcing the birth of her child. Sharing a heartfelt video from her hospital bed with her newborn, she described the moment as “the purest form of love.”
Following her announcement, rumors circulated that singer Spyro was the father of her child. Spyro quickly shut down the claims, addressing them via his Instagram story. He criticized the mindset of Nigerians, highlighting the gap in mentality between the wealthy and the less privileged.
Additionally, in February, Instagram blogger Gistlover alleged that Nengi’s baby was fathered by a married Governor. Reacting to the rumors, Nengi firmly denied the claims, stating that the allegations were baseless and motivated by malice. She expressed gratitude to her supporters and vowed to enjoy her pregnancy journey in peace.
This isn’t the first time Nengi has faced controversies. In 2022, she was linked to married billionaire Michael Diongoli, who allegedly gifted her a Range Rover. Following his arrest for defrauding a retired Army Colonel, the vehicle was reportedly confiscated.
Nengi addressed the rumors, dragging Twitter influencers for spreading false stories and asserting her unbothered attitude. Her sister also defended her, lamenting that she had encouraged Nengi to audition for BBNaija when she only desired a peaceful life.
