Davido replies fan who says no one rates him in the industry, reminding critics that he gives Nigerian music its spark.
The award-winning singer responded to a post on X after a user expressed concern over his three-day break from the platform. “Davido never post for over 3 days now. I miss my idolo,” the fan wrote.
Davido, who recently tied the knot, teased back: “When u marry, you go understand. Lol.”
Another user then claimed his absence was why nobody rates him in the industry. The hitmaker clapped back, declaring, “Me wey dey give industry life.”
The singer also shut down a separate tweet mocking his marital status, proving he has no patience for online trolling.
Beyond social media, Davido has been vocal about his passion for excellence. In July, he urged fans to love what they do, saying miracles come but require hard work.
In a recent interview, the superstar reflected on his wealth and determination, noting that despite having billions to fall back on, he keeps pushing because the odds against him drive his success.
