Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs
- Presenting and demonstrating products and services to prospective clients
- Acquiring more clients through prospecting and canvassing e.g networking and cold calling.
- Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts to ensure clients receive products and services
- Assisting new clients through processes relating to the products and services to ensure seamless experience
- Coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
- Staying current with company offerings and industry trends
- Creating detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearthing new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
- Remaining in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Negotiating agreements, keeping records of sales and data and maintaining a database of clients, prospects, partners, and vendors
- Following up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities.
Qualification
- B.Sc or BA in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing or other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of google workspace; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Hubspot) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- A business acumen
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new ones.
