Description
We are searching for a passionate Customer Acquisition Manager who can develop and implement strategies to ensure customers’ satisfaction, building on existing clientele through positive relationships. The candidate will be responsible for analysing customer behaviour and needs with reference to market research, formulating actionable initiatives and campaigns for customer acquisitions, recruiting new customers through different traditional and digital channels to expand the client base.
Retinaad Limited is a technology start-up established to address the problem of dearth of data and analytics required to drive efficiency, effectiveness and growth in sales, marketing and advertising sectors in Africa. ACCOUNT OFFICER
The duties shall include but not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Optimize the performance of multiple paid channels, coordinating performance marketing resources.
- Develop CRM, marketing automation and email marketing campaigns as well as creating supporting landing pages(unbounce). Job
- Optimize ecommerce customer experience (CX) based on Customer Journey. Keep D2C channels optimized, updated and lead ecommerce automation initiatives.
- Manager customer support enquiries.
- Coordinate SEO and content marketing strategy including development of written content.
- Coordinate affiliate programs.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goal.
- Ensure brand identity, voice and tone is maintained throughout all campaigns and contents created. ACCOUNT OFFICER
