Job Description
Provide support for project management activities through project documentation and filing management.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for project management activities through project documentation and filing management.
- Check and review project partners’ reports and assist in the provision of justification reports for the Project Managers.
- Support project financial reporting process by retrieving support documents, and scanning o project documents when required.
- Assist in the preparation of the donor’s financial report and invoicing when due.
- Provide support to treasury activities on suppliers, partners, and other customers’ payment and documentation.
- Assist sin payroll documentation, collate casual labor, consultants SIWES, NYSC performance of duties documents, and filling activities.
- Assist in expense claims processing where there is pressure, especially during the interim audit and preparation for the year-end audit.
- Perform any other job-related task as may be assigned by the Supervisors.
Qualification
O’level with a minimum of three (3) years experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
COMPETENCIES:
The ideal candidate must:
- Be computer literate with a fair knowledge of ProMIS, CC to Excel, etc.
- Have good communication skills (written and oral).
- Be a team player, honest and hardworking.
- Be able to work extra hours when the needs arise.
