Nollywood actor Alesh Sanni has taken to Instagram to call out his cleaner, identified as Folorusho from Ekiti State, for allegedly absconding with his gold jewelry and ₦3.2 million.
In a series of posts, the movie star expressed shock and disappointment, emphasizing that he helped and sheltered the cleaner, unaware of his alleged criminal intentions.
Sharing photos of the accused cleaner, Alesh Sanni questioned the heartlessness of people and how someone he extended kindness to could betray him. In a subsequent post, he admitted self-blame for the incident, citing the unforeseen harm his kindness had caused him.
This incident adds to a recent trend where celebrities have faced thefts by their domestic staff. Alesh Sanni joins the likes of Ruth Kadiri, Carol King, and Tolu Bally, who have shared similar unfortunate experiences of trust betrayal by their employees.
