Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages
- Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Maintaining accurate records and databases, entering information, and organizing documents such as reports, invoices, and contracts
- Organizing and preparing meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Drafting and proofreading various business communications, letters, and emails on behalf of executives when needed
- Assisting and managing expense reports, tracking receipts, and reconciling expenses for reimbursement
- Assisting in organizing events, workshops, or training sessions and providing support
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and ensuring data security and confidentiality.
