Job Description
The candidate will act as the point of contact for all clients and prospective candidates, providing administrative support and managing queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g., expenses and office budgets), and organizing company records. Other duties include, developing and executing social media strategies, creating and sharing engaging content, optimizing company pages, moderating user-generated content, and collaborating with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions Shall be responsible for maintaining clear communication, managing visitors and vendors, handling correspondence, and generally ensuring a harmonious workplace.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Coordinate, create, and place content for the company’s social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, as part of an internal marketing team.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data in line with national and international data protection laws.
- Submit timely reports and manage online social media messaging and conversations
- Work with the team members on content development, topics, and opportunities.
- Plan and schedule social media content for long and short-term objectives.
- Help develop visual content for images, pins, video, and messaging.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)

- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
- Designing & operating filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions.
- Completes operational requirements by filling clients’ application forms, submissions, receipts, and other relevant confidential documents.
- Keep management involved by reviewing and analyzing reports and information.
- Work as a collaborative team member with colleagues both locally and internationally.
- Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality according to best global practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office and social media administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong language and communication skills, including proofing and editing. Self-starter with the ability to monitor, organize, and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office management software.
- Ability to think and use online tools for research in gathering information.
- BSc/BA/ HND (upper credit) in any relevant field is preferred.
- Attention to detail and excellence in the course of duty and ability to adhere to international standards as required.
- Able to engage via social media.
- To work together in a dynamic team both in Nigeria and abroad according to international best practices.
