Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at LANDVENIR Properties in Lagos. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls with professionalism, maintaining communication within the team, and assisting with executive administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Knowledge of real estate industry practices is a plus
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field
