Controversial blogger Stella Dimokokorkus has revealed that a severe rift has erupted between the Psquare brothers, Peter and Paul Okoye, allegedly due to the misappropriation of joint funds by one of the brothers and their older brother, Jude Okoye.
In an extensive Instagram post, Stella shared that the conflict began when a company expressed interest in acquiring Psquare’s music catalogue, which includes all their works over the years. The company required a statement of account detailing the royalties received to determine an appropriate purchase price. This condition reportedly led to the unveiling of hidden financial issues within the Psquare camp.
According to Stella’s insider source, Peter Okoye approached Jude and Paul about the company’s offer, but after weeks of waiting for the necessary financial documents, he suspected something was amiss. Further investigation allegedly revealed that Jude had been diverting funds from the official Northside Entertainment account to a new entity, Northside Music, which had Jude’s wife, Ifeoma, listed as a director. This diversion reportedly involved millions of dollars in royalties due to the singers from 2007 to the present.
The situation escalated to the point where the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) got involved. Jude Okoye was reportedly detained by the EFCC, and all his accounts, both in Nigeria and internationally, have been frozen. Sources claim that Paul Okoye’s support for Jude implicated him in the fund diversion, leaving Peter out of the sharing arrangement.
The brothers were allegedly seen at the EFCC office on June 6, 2024, with tensions running high as they argued fiercely. Jude was released from detention after former NFF President Amaju Pinnick signed his bail bond, allowing him to celebrate his birthday with his family.

The music duo Psquare is at war again and this time, the problems tearing them apart look like they will be more serious than what broke them up before. Insiders allege that the brouhaha started when one of the twins, Peter, was approached by a company that wanted to buy the Psquare music catalogue. The buyers allegedly gave a condition stating that the brothers had to show the statement of account of royalties received over the years to enable them to peg a price to what would be paid for the catalogue. Stella Dimoko Korkus’ sources say that’s where the trouble started.”
The full extent of these claims remains unconfirmed, as neither side has released an official statement regarding the issue. Social media is abuzz with reactions as fans and followers await further developments.
