Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media)
- Make outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments
- Build relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth handover process
- Meet and exceed monthly appointment setting targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments using our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up and conversion of leads
Qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in lead generation and appointment setting
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle rejection
- Basic computer skills, knowledge of CRM software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace (for remote workers)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with sales software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
