Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Area Marketing & Activations Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies and activations to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth in a designated geographic area.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in brand and or integrated marketing management and or Experiential marketing with at least 3 years in a marketing role or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies and activations
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends
  • Certification in marketing or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute area-specific marketing plans to achieve brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth goals
  • Lead and execute marketing activations, including events, sponsorships, and promotions
  • Manage and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure aligned marketing efforts
  • Manage and optimize area marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve marketing strategies

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Brand awareness and reputation in the designated geographic area
  • Customer engagement and retention rates
  • Sales growth and revenue increase
  • Return on Investment (ROI) for marketing activations and campaigns
  • Quality and effectiveness of marketing strategies and activations.
