Nollywood actress Omobolarinde Akinyanju, popularly known as Ashabi, has declared her love for singer Portable while admitting she’s now scared to publicly express her feelings for him. The actress gushed over the street-hop star, calling him the love of her life and her “everyday crush,” days after launching her clothing store.
In a post shared on Instagram, Ashabi confessed that writing about her emotions for Portable has become challenging because online critics often accuse her of “doing too much.” Still, she affirmed her love and admiration for him, stating she is now keeping her messages short to “abide by online rules.”
The actress thanked Portable for creating time out of his busy schedule to celebrate her store launch, surprising her with a special gift, and constantly supporting her brand.

Ashabi prayed for Portable’s continued success, describing him as her “happy place” and “hustler with grace” whose hardworking spirit inspires her.
This public display of affection comes weeks after Ashabi shared a loved-up video of herself and Portable on a flight, reflecting on the joy of appreciating what one already has.
Their relationship has had its share of ups and downs. In June, Portable accused Ashabi of trying to cause problems in his marriage by allegedly feeding his wife negative information. He also claimed she was competing with his wife and chasing clout with his name.
