Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The Assistant Manager will support the day-to-day operations, assist in managing staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy, possess strong leadership skills, and have the ability to think quickly on their feet.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, including training and development.
  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain high levels of employee morale.
  • Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for business growth and improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualification

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a retail or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technically savvy with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to make quick decisions and problem-solve effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
