Job Description
As a Technical Product Owner for CDP (Customer Data Platform) product implementation, your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of the CDP solution.

- Responsibilities: • Product Ownership: You will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CDP implementation, collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable user stories.
Qualification
Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, user needs, and market trends to define and prioritize product features and functionalities. • Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-groomed and contains detailed user stories with acceptance criteria. • Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the development team, business stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment on project goals and priorities. • Agile Methodology: Drive the Agile development process, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Monitor progress, track key metrics, and identify areas for improvement. • Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the CDP product, its architecture, and technical components. Collaborate closely with developers to provide guidance, resolve technical challenges, and ensure successful implementation. • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the QA team to define test scenarios, review test cases, and ensure that the implemented features meet the required quality standards. • Stakeholder Management: Engage with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to gather feedback, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the implementation process. • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CDPs and product management. Identify opportunities for enhancement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Documentation and Training: Prepare product documentation, user guides, and training materials to facilitate effective product adoption and support. Requirements: • Bachelor””””””””s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the field of Customer Data Platforms or related data-driven products. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. • Good knowledge of data management concepts, including data integration, data quality, and data governance. • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and deliverables. • Familiarity with CDP technologies, such as data ingestion, data segmentation, and personalization, is a plus.
