Automation Test Engineer at Ventera

Job Description

We are hiring a Mid-Level Automation Tester in support of an ongoing project.

Qualification

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in system and web-based testing.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing.
• Experience with Jenkins pipelines and running tests in parallel on Linux Jenkins slaves
• Hands-on, recent experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and Java
• Experience building automation framework from scratch using Java
• Python experience would be a plus
• Hands-on experience with Rest API testing and familiarity with API tools.
• Experience working as a member of a team that has implemented automated testing.
• Experience working closely with developers in an agile environment.
• Experience with DevOps process and cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to analyze business requirements quickly and identify all possible scenarios to be validated.
• Expertise in documenting test plans and test cases
• Proficient in writing SQL queries and preparing test data is a must.
• Knowledge of Bug tracking tools like JIRA
• Strong Analytical and Critical thinking skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
