A big shoutout to my brother @bigbirdkuti. Sometimes, misunderstandings happen, but what matters is that love and respect always find their way back.”

This reconciliation follows a turbulent past between the two entertainers. In 2023, Seun Kuti made disparaging remarks about AY, accusing him of mocking his trials and tribulations, calling his daughter a dog in a skit, and making unflattering personal allegations. AY responded with evidence to refute these claims, noting how his attempts to avoid conflicts often made him a target for criticism.
