Africa Blockchain Institute (ABI) is Africa’s foremost Blockchain Think-Tank that is reimagining the possibilities of Blockchain Education in Africa. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of training courses, workshops, and education programs.
- Plan, organize, direct and implement programs for the achievement of ABI’s goals.
- Develop curriculum content and coordinate with trainers and facilitators.
- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.
- Conduct relevant contextual research for the purpose of providing information and/or recommendations on programs organization or outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments like research, partnership, and communication to carry out duties.
- Manage program logistics and ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Facilitate conversations with partners or stakeholders crucial to the success of programs.
- Work closely with the program sponsors or partners, and cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new program initiatives.
- Be available to travel where needed to oversee programs in selected African countries.
- Fluency in French is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in managing programs with success rates.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in Program Management & Blockchain Education.
- Knowledge in a foreign language, preferably French is a plus.
- A valid international passport.
- Understanding of blockchain technology and the importance of the ABI mission.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt in uncertainty.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexible and focused on results.
- Organized and self-sufficient.
