Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Booking/Operational Manager. The Booking/Operational Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing the reservations process, handling customer inquiries, managing operational staff, and ensuring quality control of the short-stay apartments. The Booking/Operational Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable and comfortable stay at our short-stay apartments.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Must live in Lagos, Nigeria
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in short-stay accommodations, is a plus
- Experience in managing staff and ensuring quality control.
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
