Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at 3AG Global Resource Limited in Ikeja. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing and supervising staff, developing and implementing business strategies and plans, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for student recruitment, monitoring and performance management.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in branch management or a similar role
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies
- Experience in student recruitment, conversion and performance management
- Knowledge of HR practices and principles
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
