Job Description

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Business Analyst. This position combines the responsibilities of a Business Analyst, focusing on data analysis and process optimization, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and communicating with vendors, riders, and customers. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making, optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis: Constantly analyze data to identify potential issues impacting the business and uncover hidden opportunities for optimization.
  • Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, market dynamics, consumer behavior, and technological advancements to inform strategic decision-making
  • .Risk Management: Monitor regulatory policies and compliance requirements to mitigate risks, particularly regarding the protection of customer data from cyber threats.
  • Presenting Findings: Create compelling presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders, driving consensus and action.
  • Project Management: Support the creation and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing business operations and improving customer satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of products/services through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Backend Support: Provide backend support to field teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless technical operations.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to deliver personalized solutions and achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively collect and utilize customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in products/services and operational processes.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports as required, providing insights and recommendations based on key performance indicators.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SWOT, PESTEL analysis and other brainstorming tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, SAS, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Available to resume immediately.
  • Proximity to Yaba.
