FitPlus Diagnostics, a leading healthcare company specializing in preventive health screenings, seeks an enthusiastic and results-oriented professional to join our team in a Business Development role. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth, expanding market presence, and fostering strategic partnerships to amplify the influence and scope of our diagnostic services.
Responsibilities
Identify Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
- Evaluate market demands and competitor activities to develop a proactive business development strategy.
Develop Strategic Partnerships:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial partnerships that boost revenue and market share.
Drive Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Enhance Brand Visibility:
- Develop marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and visibility.
Represent FitPlus Diagnostics at industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote our services.
Monitor Market Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to guide business development efforts.
- Analyze market data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business development strategies with organizational goals.

Qualification
- Only candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development in the Diagnostic field will be considered
- Must reside in Abuja.
