Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. This is an on-site role, our Lagos office is located on the Mainland, Ogudu GRA.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Communicating with senior decision-makers
- Sourcing and developing sales leads
- Pitching prospects by phone and email
- Closing deals
- Basic Salary ~100k (100GBP) – & Monthly Commissions can be as high as 1M Naira.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree 3+ years in the sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
