Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Castles Lifestyle Magazine located in Ikeja. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. They will also be responsible for market research and analysis, as well as staying updated on industry trends and developments.
Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in business development or sales
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
