Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager with a focus on Partnerships to spearhead strategic collaborations and drive business growth.

 Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand the companys market reach and drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with potential partners, structuring deals that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue through partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals and presentations for potential partners, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of collaboration.
  • Risk Management: Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with partnerships, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and regularly monitor and report on the performance of partnership initiatives.
  • Innovation and Growth: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to drive innovation and growth through strategic partnerships.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in business development and partnerships, focusing on B2B collaborations.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex deals.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing potential partnerships and their impact.
  • In-depth understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and related trends.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to develop innovative business solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure deals aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for compelling presentations.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
