Responsibilities
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and investment opportunities.
- Develop strategies to attract and retain clients in both the travel and real estate sectors.
- Identify and pursue partnerships with key stakeholders and industry players.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their investment goals.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.
Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote InvestourismNG’s services and offerings.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.
Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements comply with company policies and regulations.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Share market insights and client feedback to help refine products and services.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the travel or real estate industries.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, investment strategies, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for travel and real estate investment.
