  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a passion for the travel and real estate industries.
  • This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships, and drive growth for InvestourismNG. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

 Responsibilities
Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and investment opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain clients in both the travel and real estate sectors.
  • Identify and pursue partnerships with key stakeholders and industry players.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their investment goals.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and explore new opportunities.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote InvestourismNG’s services and offerings.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.

Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure all contracts and agreements comply with company policies and regulations.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Share market insights and client feedback to help refine products and services.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the travel or real estate industries.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, investment strategies, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for travel and real estate investment.
