Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and new markets.
  • Generate leads through various prospecting methods.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth.
  • Track and analyze sales and business development activities, providing regular reports to management.

Qualification

  • B.Sc Degree / HND.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Professional Certification is an added advantage.

Location:  Lagos, Nigeria.
