Inertia Group is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Representative to join our team on an unpaid 12-month internship basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about business development and sales to gain valuable experience and exposure to our range of products.
As a Business Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be to contact UK Universities and sell them the Inertia Cosmetics hairdressing platform, or sell domiciliary management systems to healthcare agencies. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, creating and delivering presentations, and closing deals. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve our business development goals and contribute to the growth of our company. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Contacting UK Universities to sell them the Inertia Cosmetics hairdressing platform, or selling domiciliary management systems to healthcare agencies. Job
- Building relationships with potential customers through various communication channels such as email, phone calls, and video conferences
- Conducting market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Creating and delivering presentations to potential customers
- Negotiating and closing deals with customers
- Providing excellent customer service to maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve business development goals
- Reporting progress to management on a regular basis
Qualification
- Currently studying towards a degree, graduated or working towards or completed a masters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is essential
